In your first session, we focus on building rapport, understanding what brings you to counselling, and beginning to clarify meaningful goals together. There is no pressure to share more than you are comfortable with.

How often should I attend counselling?
Session frequency is tailored to your needs. Many people begin with weekly sessions and adjust from there as goals are clarified and progress is made. There is not pressure to come more often than what works for you. We can discuss your needs and availability together.
Is individual counselling confidential?

Yes — all sessions are confidential and conducted within professional and ethical standards.

Do you accept insurance?
Some providers allow direct billing, please message us to see if your provider is an option. If not, you will receive a receipt after each session that you can submit receipts to your benefit provider for reimbursement.
